MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
Pre-requisite for membership: You must be a current member of FMCA, and you must own a Prevost conversion coach.
The initiation fee is $25, and dues are $30 for 3 years.
For applications received after October 1, the dues cover the following 3 calendar years.
